Since 1999, it's been hard to find a customer of ours who is not a "raving fan" of the work we did for them. Here's how we accomplish this:
- Pricing: We have bypassed the old school video agency model with the 10,000 square foot downtown studios and
ten-person creative team...because it's all overhead that must get passed onto the client in some way. We believe our films are on par, both in visual quality and responsiveness, as the "big guys" who've been doing it for 30 years.
- Simplicity: You will be working with one point of contact throughout the whole project. You won't have a salesmen come and sell you a package, then hand it off to the pre-production manager, who passes it to the producer, then the director shows up with the crew, then the editor calls you with questions, etc., etc.--
We believe that one point of contact unifies the project and keeps a consistent vision and flow.
You won't have to worry about explaining your project to one person and have it completely different after being passed through so many hands.
- Response: Our ability to combine marketing agency ideas with stunning visuals ensures our clients' audience is transfixed and transformed by their video. We love our electronic gadgets and the wow factor it can create, but nothing supercedes strategic video content.
- Service: Commitment to customer happiness is imperative with creative visual arts. We have many safeguards to prevent confusion and miscommunication, and to ensure proper expectations. Our pricing is clear and upfront with exhaustive details about all that the production will include. This also includes allotments for revisions and tweaks, and are willing to do a small favor once in a while, so you don't feel you're being nickel and dimed to death. The greatest compliment our customers can give us is a referral to friend or collegue, and we will stop at nothing to achieve this level of satisfaction.
